2. What services are open to the public?
Aroma Wilshire Center is a member-preferred environment with certain areas opened to members only. These areas include the fitness center and the sauna. However, the golf range, aroma banquet, spa areas as well as shopping, sports bar and food court are open to the public.

Please contact our membership desk at 213-387-0212 and one of our consultants will provide you with a tour of the facility. We’ll work with you to develop a membership plan that best meets your needs and lifestyle.

5. What are the qualifications to be a member?
Anyone can become a member of the Aroma Wilshire Center. We have memberships available for individuals, families and corporations.

6. What types of plans are available?
There are two types of membership: Spa Resort Membership and Fitness Membership. Spa Resort Membership is available only for lifetime or 10 year terms. The Fitness Membership can be purchased on a month to month or annual basis. Please call our sales office 213-387-0212 or visit the Membership section of our website.

7. What methods of payment are accepted?
Aroma Wilshire Center offers various payment plans. For your convenience, Aroma Wilshire Center has financing and monthly payment schedules to suit each client's budget. Please call our sales office to discuss the best option for you, 213-387-0212.

8. Is the sauna open to the public?
No. Our spa is based on exclusive membership. So, to protect the privacy of our members and to insure the best service, the sauna is open to Aroma Spa & Sports Resort or Fitness members only. However, there are two ways that non-members can enter the facility:i) Members can purchase a one-day pass for $30, and may bring their guests to enjoy our facilities, including spa and fitness center.ii) Spa treatments (facials, massages, and body treatments) are open to public. When you sign up for a spa treatment, non-members may enter the sauna only with one-day entrance fee of $15. The entrance fee is waived when you get a single treatment of $90 and above .

9. Is the Fitness Center open to the public?
No. The fitness center is open to our spa resort or fitness members only. Guests of members can purchase a one-day pass at $40 and may enter the facilities accompanied by a member. The guest pass is good for the fitness center and the sauna.

10. How do I sign up to use the golf range?
The golf range is open to the public and available by purchasing a golf card from the golf reception desk located on the third floor. After purchasing the golf card, you can access any of the 4 golf decks.
