Aerobic
Aerobic refers to exercise that involves or Improves oxygen
consumption by the body.
Aerobic exercise alone may not provide a well balanced exercise
program. In particular, muscular strength, especially upper-body
muscular strength, may be neglected. Also, the metabolic
pathways involved in anaerobic metabolism that generate energy
during high intensity, low duration tasks such as sprinting, are
not exercised at peak rates. Aerobic exercise is, however, an
extremely valuable component of a balanced exercise program and
is good for cardiovascular health.

Boxing Step
Boxing Step is a class that gives you the sports workout of
a boxer, and is meant to help push your body to new limits to
see the results that you have invested on in. the focus of the
class is to give everything you have and then more to get what
you want from your workout.

Cardio Toning
To look fabulous and toned you need to do both cardio and
muscle exercise. Cardio toning is designed to lose weight and to
increase muscle. If you stick with cardio toning class, you'll
begin to see sexy definition as you lose more weight.

Jazz Dance
Jazz classes start with a warm up and stretching to get your
muscles warmed up so that you do not hurt yourself. Some
techniques used in the warm up are isolations and contractions.
Both are to work out your stomach muscles. In most jazz steps.
some form of isolation or contraction is used. During classes,
teachers usually teach combinations and then a routine to
practice these techniques.

Pilates
The pilates program focuses on the core postural muscles
which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to
providing support for the spine. In particular, pilates
exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine,
and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
• Spinning
A cardiovascular class instructed on a stationary bike to
the beat of the music. All levels are welcome. First timers
are advised to arrive 10 minutes before class for introductory
instructions. Please bring WATER and TOWEL!

Sports Dance
Learn the principles of Ballroom Dance while creating a long
lean body!

Step
A choreographed cardiovascular workout which uses the motion
of stepping on a platform for aerobic conditioning. Great
if you want a challenge!

Yoga
This class uses specific postures, breathing techniques, and
relaxation to develop muscular strength, suppleness, and flexibility.
