CANCELLATION POLICIES AND LATE ARRIVALS:

Spa treatments are reserved especially for you with relaxation in mind. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
  • No refunds will be issued for services after checked-in.
  • If running late, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment and end as scheduled.
